Who We Are

Project Communities CIC is a registered Community Interest Company (CN 12550929) first incorporated in 2020. We are run by a dedicated group of volunteers and directors committed to fostering community spirit, supporting families, and creating safe, inclusive spaces for children.

Our team brings together a mix of backgrounds, including educational expertise, community outreach, and a deep commitment to social equity.

Our Mission & Values

Inclusivity & Equality

We strive to make all our activities accessible and affordable (in fact, free) for children and families who might otherwise miss out, including SEND children and those from under-resourced households.

Community & Belonging

We believe in the power of community. Our sessions offer children a safe, friendly environment to connect, play and learn – and give families a supportive network.

Wellbeing & Nourishment

Through healthy snacks and meals, we aim to address food insecurity and ensure children receive nutritious food while spending time with us.

Volunteering & Empowerment

Our work is made possible by volunteers. We value community contribution and aim to offer meaningful volunteer opportunities to people who want to give back.

Opportunity & Growth

We aim to provide not just fun activities, but chances for children and young people to develop skills, confidence, and a positive social environment for growth.

Our Story

Since our incorporation in 2020, Project Communities CIC has grown steadily. What began as a small volunteer effort quickly evolved into regular holiday-camp programmes, SEND-friendly activity days, and nutritious meal provision for children in need.

Our work continues to be guided by the needs of our community – and by the belief that with the right support, every child can succeed.

We deliver free activities, meals, and support for children with additional needs (SEND) and families in need. Discover our mission and join our community.
